Stainless steel liquid level float switch angular

 
Liquid Level Float Switch (On / Off Switch). The float causes the contact sheet to close or open under the influence of buoyancy of the liquid.
They are usually mounted in the tank wall. Can be used to control the lower or upper fluid level. By changing the position of the float, you can change the reed switch function from normally open to normally closed.

The sensor can be used for different types of liquids, eg. As water, sewage, oil.

Float mode:


1. Normally open - When the fluid level drops below the sensor, the circuit is disconnected

2. Normally closed - when the fluid level drops below the sensor, the circuit is switched on

Instructions for changing the float mode:

 

1. A float that works in the normally open mode.

2. Remove the split pin and make sure that the float does not slip off the sensor.

3. Turn the float 180 °.

4. Place the float on the sensor.

5. Install the locking pin.

6. A float working in normally closed mode.

The operation can be re-executed and adapted to your own needs.

Example of use:

1. Automatic filling of the tank

2. Warning of overfilling the tank, pumping water over the float, safety valve.
