Once the order dispatched we cannot change your shipping address and we are not responsible for item(s) and address you provided.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you will be asked to pay for return postage. Please use safe shipping method. It is your responsibility to deliver parcel back to us undamaged, otherwise, the item will not be refunded.
Unwanted and faulty items.
We will accept the unwanted or faulty product as long as it is received in 100% unused condition. When returning an item to us, please include a note inside the package with your eBay user ID, and the reason for return. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
Items lost in transit.
Please note that when an item gets lost or undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's cost.
Items damaged in transit.
Items are always packaged safely, however, some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.
We AIM to get orders dispatched within 48 hours Monday-Friday after we have confirmed payment. Please do allow us up to 2 working days for busy times, the delivery services
