We think this is a fairness and hygiene practice for all buyers who are looking to purchase any underwear items, not matter is buying from a local shop or online. We hope all buyers can understand and support this practice.
Different brand of underwear products might have very different sizing and cutting styles, We are selling this underwear product for this particular brand (Tany brand) in its particular sizing and cutting style.
However, if you do wish to return the item for exchange, there are very strict conditions which must be fulfilled as below:
1. All items (underwear/briefs) returned must not be used or even tried on.
2. All items must be in their original conditions, i.e: items must be all with original tag attached and have not been washed.
3. The conditions of the return items will be inspected, determined and finalized by us upon receiving of the return.
4. Any items does not fulfill with the return conditions will be discarded and therefore eliminate from the eligible return.
5. Buyer will be responsible for all return and resend postage costs, as well as the original postage cost.
6. Buyer will be required to confirm her/his intention and get final approval/instruction of the return before sending any item back.
