This is a large deep bowl with "National" on the bottom along with their signature logo of an American Indian Chief in full headdress imprinted / stamped / engraved into the clay. It is brown glazed on the inside.
The National Pottery Company was in Roseville, OH, in business from 1920 to 1940. Only glazed on the interior of bowl for practical purposes and uses. Food safe.
Measures 10" diameter, 5 1/2" tall, 6" across the bottom base.
Beautiful Bowl, Condition is excellent. Shadowed areas are from age and use as stoneware gets that way. Sits flat, no chips cracks or damage. Any imperfection is from production.
