This is a NEW Accel breakerless electronic distributor trigger wheel & sensor package kit in the original factory box, Accel part #36512.  The kit is complete with all of the parts shown in the pictures.  It was used to convert to electronic ignition on the following vehicles with a V8 engine and a gold control unit:
