Scarce set of 6 color lithographed costume prints in illustrated publisher's portfolio format "envelope". Text in English.

Publisher's pictorial colored construction paper cover containing six loose ethnic costume dress prints.

Suite of prints includes Gondolier of Venice, Italy; Spanish bull fighter; Dutch looking fellow from the Tyrolean Alps; a Japanese woman in decorative kimona holding umbrella; a camel riding warrior "Arab" of Cairo, Egypt and a native American Indian in traditional feather head dress holding rifle.

Sheets and set are physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Print paper is gently toned, signs of handling, Indian image with some old edge staining, still well preserved and clean.

Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile set displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this rare early 20th century item survives.

Cover measures c. 11" H x 7" W.
