For Navigating from Point A to point B, you do NOT need a built in GPS. you also do NOT need a 4G LTE card with GPS funictionality. (for navigating from point A to point B, you may use your cell phone and navigate OR if you need to see on a bigger screen, use the cell phone as a HOTSPOT and connect to the built in wifi and see it on the 13 inch screen.
