ring to book in delivery day and they will only deliver once they have confirmed with you,

RETURNS

When you receive your'e delivery you must check the contents for damage within 48 hours of receiving, any claims for damage after that time will not be accepted. You must keep ALL the original packaging for transit, returns will not be accepted without this. If you are not fully satisfied with your item you can return within 14 days, again the item must be returned brand new, un used, in its original packaging and be in the same brand new condition as when you received it. If the item is delivered flat packed it must be in its flat pack form. We will advise of return carriage charges.
