Each watch has been completely disassembled and cleaned, oiled and timed by our in house fully trained watchmaker. We take extra steps to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. However, you may need to adjust timing after shipping.
The watch may be serviced, but we highly suggest bringing the watch in for servicing to your local watch shop upon purchase. We do not guarantee our service thus, the watch is sold as is for exactly what it is. This means that we do not accept returns on any Pocket Watches.

How Hub City Time Shipping Works:
1) Mailed via UPS Tuesday to Ontario (Chit Chats Express).
2) Arrives in Ontario Thursday
3) Arrives to USPS Friday
4) Tracking Starts Friday
5) Items are delivered generally between Monday to Wednesday of that following week.
Items normally arrive 1 week from the original Tuesday we ship out form. (USA LOCATIONS)
