RETURNS:
(1) All NEW items must be returned in
original packaging, unopened and unused to qualify for a refund. Please notify us
immediately if there is an issue or problem with your item.
(2) All vintage, antique, or resale items must be
returned in the same condition as it was at time of shipping. Shipping
is non-refundable on returns. All returns have to be approved by me first. If
black light mark is not there on glass when sent back there will be no refund.
You pay for shipping back, and have it insured. (If not it's your risk) (for damaged shipments see below)
VINTAGE:
These are vintage and antique pieces, and therefore
cannot be expected to be perfect "brand new" pieces unless so stated
in the listing. Part of the charm of these items are their evidence of age,
history, and patina. We provide a good quantity of photos. If you need
additional photos, please contact us before purchase. Please ask questions
before bidding. All items are sold in "AS IS"
Condition
of this item is excellent. There are no flaws
or chips in the glass. Please refer to photos as
part of the description.
eBay charges sales tax for
items shipped to most states.

FREIGHT
LIABILITY:
Once
the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damage incurred.
You will be responsible for any claims for damage with the carrier directly.
All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. All claims must be reported
to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of the
item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.
ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Before filing a claim with any sales channel. You agree to
cooperate fully to obtain the insurance pay out including providing photos of
the box and contents for the claim. Do not throw out the box. Upon notification
of insurance claim (which is just a few days normally) granted we will issue a
full refund to your payment processor (or send a replacement if in stock). All
damage items claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS will require photos of the exterior,
interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and
photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or
items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review.
