Shipping
We ship to the address provided by eBay and PayPal only. Please confirm your shipping address before placing the order.
Handling time is 1-2 business for most of the orders, after payment is received.
Warranty
All of our products are coming with a 12 month factory warranty, which applies to the structure only.
Return Policy
1. For change of mind
- We offer a 30 days return policy for change of mind. Refund amount will be the total purchase amount, less the actual shipping cost.
- All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging and must include all parts and accessories.
- We will cover the second time postage cost if you want a replacement product.
- If your item arrives damaged or partly missing, we will gladly replace it for your with no extra cost. We will then provide you a return label, please kindly send the original shipment back to us.
- Please take photographs of any damage or missing parts, send the pictures to us via eBay Messages within two days of receiving your order. Any claims after two days of receiving the order will not be considered.
3. The item is faulty
- We will send out the replacement product by express post at no extra cost and fully cover the returning postage cost.
- A full refund will be given if you have received a faulty item and no longer wants them.
4. Customized Wheels
- Please confirm all wheel fitments before purchase. Wheels are strictly not returnable as most of them were customized to fit your need.
