Protective flip/wallet phone case key features:
  1. Scratch and Bump Resistance: Designed to protect your phone from scratches and bumps, offering enhanced durability
  2. Stand Folding Feature: Allows for easy hands-free viewing of videos. Availability of this feature may vary depending on stock and phone model. It's recommended to contact us before placing an order to check if the stand folding feature is available for your specific phone model.
  3. Material: High-quality black faux leather back (not Printed) for an aesthetic and protective exterior. High-quality printed polyester front panel for added style.
  4. Closure Mechanism: Magnetic strap to securely close the case which fastens on the back of the case.
  5. Secure Phone Holder: Your phone is held in place by either a rigid plastic back cover that wraps around both sides of the phone or a soft rubber cover that wraps around all sides of the phone providing a secure fit. (this will depend on what stock we have at the time of placing your order)
  6. Custom Apertures and Slots: The back cover has a tailored design with custom apertures and slots for the full functionality of your phone. The plastic back covers holding the phone in place do not cover the top and bottom of the phone, allowing easy access to charging ports without removing the case.
  7. Card Slots: Up to three credit/debit card slots for added convenience.
  8. Phone Model Compatibility: It's recommended you check the original box that your phone came in to determine the exact phone model you have for compatibility.

How to Order


1.   Choose the correct options from the dropdowns at the top of the listing and place your order.
2.   Send us your image(s) through a Contact Seller message or via email (email address shown in the Business Seller Information at the bottom of this listing) as soon as possible once your order has been placed.
3.   Keep an eye on your messages. We will always send a sample image for your approval, if you have ordered a collage design, requested a personalised message or if we feel there is an issue with the image for a single image design, prior to printing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If we have sent you a proof for approval and we have not heard back from you by 2 PM the day after we have sent you the sample image we will assume you are happy with the layout and process your order as soon as possible. This is to ensure there are no delays in processing your order and to meet eBay's dispatch policy.

We will resize and crop single image orders to best fit the item you have ordered and will only send a sample image before printing if we feel there is a problem with the image or cannot get it to fit.

Failure to follow the above may delay delivery time.   

We recommend a maximum of 8 images for a collage Please do not send premade collages, always send your images separately and we will create a collage using your images that best fits the item you have purchased.

If you purchase a Single image design and then send us a premade multi-image collage, we will resize the image the best we can to fit the item you have purchased.

For best results only send us full-size images that have not been cropped. We will let you know if there is a problem with any of your images as a poor-quality image will just make for a poor-quality case.

Postage & Packaging


We are a small family run business we aim to package and dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving your order, (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) but it can take up to 5 working days at peak times especially Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's day etc. So, if you want this item for a specific date please contact us before purchasing to confirm an expected delivery date. All items are shipped either via Royal Mail or another courier as stated in each listing. We will ship worldwide, if your Country is not quoted please contact us for a quote.

Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK and 21 days for international buyers after receiving your dispatch notice before contacting us to allow for any postal delays.

We work from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

All customs and import charges for buyers purchasing from outside the UK are the responsibility of the Buyer and not us.

Returns

Personalised items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and are therefore not returnable unless faulty on arrival. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
