Pfaltzgraff REMEMBRANCE 6 Piece Lot-Candle Holder Salt Pepper Shaker Butter/Lid . All in good clean condition from our smoke-free and pet-free home.  The only flaw that I can detect is a very small chip in one of the four holes on the salt shaker--it is so small that I didn't even notice it at first (It is much less noticeable in person than in the # 7 photo).
