Products will be shipped within 15 business days after payment is settled.

We will ship the item by Japan Post or FedEx with a tracking number.

Shipping is available, from Monday to Friday.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.

Please contact us first for return before you ship it back to us.

We will pay the shipping cost for the returned goods as the seller.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up
