Digital Vibration Shock Detector for WIRED Intruder Burglar Alarm Systems. 12VDC

A wired, adjustable, vibration / shock sensor that is designed to be placed anywhere where the vibrations and/or shocks of an intruder breaking in can be detected, if the vibrations or shock is higher than the calibrated sensitivity, this will override the pulse count feature and directly activate the alarm output. Ideal for mounting on doors and windows as well as walls.

The idea of a wired shock sensor is that it offers the earliest possible detection, raising the alarm as intruders attempt to break-in through the perimeter of the protected building but is also useful where users want the freedom to move around while their system remains armed, the wired shock sensor delivers the ideal perimeter protection solution.

Easy to install and boasting adjustable sensitivity, LED indication, front and rear tamper and selectable pulse count, the wired shock sensor delivers reliable security detection without relying on movement to trigger.

When installed alongside indoor PIR detectors, the wired shock sensor provides effective perimeter detection as intruders attempt to break-in. This is ideal for commercial installations, such as luxury clothing stores, car showrooms or high-end retail spaces, where the earliest possible detection is desired. This configuration also provides confirmed detection, whereby, when both are activated, security devices such as fog cannons can be triggered.
