To ensure your flooring arrives in perfect condition we carefully package each roll with a cardboard tube and plastic sheeting.
Every item is inspected before dispatch to ensure you are delighted with your order.

Although unlikely external circumstances may cause a delay so we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Please do not arrange a fitting date until you have received and checked your flooring.
Delivery made by a national courier and is to the nearest accessible kerbside to the property.
Some drivers may help bring your order into your property, although we cannot guarantee this.

Express delivery is to mainland England, Wales and central / southern Scotland.
