If you need the item very urgently, please pick the more expensive delivery option and it will be delivered with UPS Express, Fedex Express, or other fastest possible way (Europe usually 1-4 Days, Worldwide 2-5 Days (customs time not counted in)). If you have a doubt about the item compatibility or some other question, please contact us before the purchase to avoid any possible problems. We will respond to Your messages as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. We do not work on weekends and national festival days, but trying to be online and answer your questions if we can. Please be a little patient these days.
If Your message is not answered very quickly, this means that we are busy with processing the orders or answering prior messages, or have the internet connection or some other troubles.

***** TERMS OF SALE & RETURNS *****
All items that we are selling are checked at least 2 times (1 - When buying, 2 - When dispatching). So they will be delivered in 100% exact condition as described and in 100% working order.
Very Important for you is to make sure that the item is compatible with your car before buying. For each item that we list on eBay we provide compatibility list from the Original Manufacturer parts database supporting with example, illustration photos. When purchasing the item please check the compatibility list and the photos we provide in the advertisement. If you have any questions regarding compatibility, not to hesitate to ask us! We will check (if needed ask you for additional information) and confirm about the compatibility.
We strongly advise to check the compatibility before ordering, because if you will order the item against our provided compatibility list (assuming or guessing that it should fit), we will not be able to accept a return for free.
All unwanted items bought by your mistake, if you no longer need it, or didnt read the description well, or ordered the wrong item, or accidentally ordered it, or you ordered the item that is not compatible with your car and doesnt fit and you did not ask us about the compatibility, or similar reason, so all such returning items will be charged 15% fee in case you will want to return them. Shipping costs originally paid, in such cases of returns are not refundable.
Returns are accepted only for unused items that are returned in the original condition. Returns for damaged items (Not in their original condition) caused by unqualified installation or other damages done by the buyer side, will be charged a repair fee.
All items are marked with the serial, indentification numbers and warranty stickers. Any damaged warranty sticker, lack of warranty sticker, different serial number or different identification data (in case of fraudulent item or its parts swap) will be considered as a fraud and will be reported to appropriate authorities like Police, Ebay customer support, etc. for criminal, fraudulent activity.
