This is an old vintage Russian plastic lamp that represent "Monument Flooded Ships" in Sevastopol. Lamp was made it the Soviet Union, condition is good (see photos), topper (eagle) was lost. Size is 430 mm (17.2"), weight 3.2 kg. Power supply is 220V AC.
