1899 J & E Stevens Chief Big Moon Cast Iron Bank Patent Print - Chalkboard

Here we have a poster created from the patent drawings as submitted to the U.S. Government Patent Office in 1899 by Charles A. Bailey for a Toy Money Bank. This was the patent for the Chief Big Moon cast iron bank by J & E Stevens. This version has a chalkboard look background.

8 X 10 and 8.5 X 11 inch prints are borderless.  Larger sizes, starting at 11 x 14 inch,  have a minimum 1/4" white border.  Please note that the image sizes shown below are approximate and always include any inner border area shown:

                           10-3/8" x 13-3/8" on 11" x 14" paper.  
                           10-3/8" x 16-3/8" on 11" x 17" paper. 
                           11-3/8" x 17-3/8" on 12" x 18" paper. 
                           12-3/8" x 18-3/8" on 13" x 19" paper.   

Our posters are printed on 10.4 Mil., premium, archival paper in your choice of either a traditional Matte or Luster finish.  8" x 10" and 8-1/2" x 11" are borderless.  Larger sizes have white borders and are centered on full sized paper to accommodate readily available frames or custom matting. The image size refers specifically to the artwork itself, not the size of the paper it is printed on. Therefore, the paper size is always larger than the image size.  All posters 11" x 14" and larger have a minimum 1/4" white border. 

8 x 10 and 8.5 x 11 inch posters are shipped flat in a cardboard photo mailer  Larger posters are rolled and shipped in a sturdy shipping box.  All shipments are fully insured! 

International (Non-USA) buyers please note!  eBay shipping calculators are not always accurate dependent on size and quality.  Any excess will be refunded upon shipment.  Also, we are happy to ship overseas but please take care that your shipping address is correct and that you plan on claiming your package if your postal carrier makes that necessary.  In the event you provide the wrong address, we will NOT send replacement parcels without charging additional postage.
