Light Trigger Motion Counter

The Light Trigger Motion Counter is the perfect match for a laser grid or torch when carrying out the “Flashlight Experiment”. The Light Trigger is like a trip wire, which detects changes in light directed at it. It detects movement or light anomalies between the light source and this device. Not only will it detect the changes, it will alert you and count the number of events for documentation. This allows you to set the experiment up, and leave the area. When you come back, you can see how many times it has been triggered. It can be triggered by a person or entity moving through the lighted area or if the light source flickers itself. This piece of equipment is perfect for use with the 'flashlight experiment'. Ideal for ghost hunting and paranormal research.

This works with just about any continuous light sources, regardless of light colour. It will even work with Ultraviolet (UV) and Infrared (IR) lights if you want to be less obvious.

Directions for use

Just put the Light Trigger Motion Counter down and press the power button. Set up a light source and point directly towards the sensor. The small light on the top of the light counter will turn red to indicate that an event just happened. The light will stay on for about one minute just in case you missed it. You will hear an audible alert which will give you a minute to get into the room to check the Light Trigger count. Then you can continue any communication. This buzzer isn’t too loud and should not interfere with EVP audio being recorded during the activity.

There is an LCD screen on the top of the Light Counter which counts and displays the number of events captured. This is very helpful in keeping track of how many occurrences have happened since turning it on. If you leave the room and come back, and see 5 on the screen you know it captured light source changes 5 times.
The sensor can detect changes such as the light source turning on, off, getting dimmer or brighter and flickering. All events will trigger it and they will be recorded.
This unit is rechargeable and includes a tripod mount screw hole on the bottom for use with a tripod. You can plug it into a USB slot for unlimited use or into a USB battery pack for extended use.
