This is an original NOS (new old stock) Ford outer Door Handle.  This fits LH (driver's side) from 1966 to 1971 Fairlane, Ranchero.  This chrome handle does not include the button, nor the hardware as shown in the pictures.  It comes in the original Ford box  Ford casting part number C9AB-6222405-A.  Please look at the pictures closely, check part number, do your homework and ask questions before purchasing.
