There is an OPALITE cabochon mounted on the silver top and 3 silver tendrils that connect with the AMETHYST teardrop cabochon further down on the pendant. 2.25" long and 3/4" wide.The addition of amethyst balances the crown chakra and opalite removes energy blockages in the chakras.
