You must clean off the old rubber material from the old roller and just slide is on , Roller with the side washer one side pops off so you can slide the urethane sleeve onto the shaft and then pop the side washer back on **

These rollers also fit Kodak CT1000 and Elmo TRV 16mm Projectors TRV you need 1 extra roller
