Infrared (IR) matte filter layer, fully reflective at night with IR goggles, but not reflective during daylight

High reflective genuine 3M SOLAS honeycomb tape, placed behind the IR matte filter layer to avoid reflecting daylight

Hook fastener backing (loop side not supplied)
