Hello. My name is Brad Burns with B.W.M.C. (Burns World of Merchandise and Computers). This is a new eBay account we created with the same great products and customer service. Please see our other store under seller name BWMC. We are a family owned and operated business in Eastern Indiana. We have been in business for over 18 years. I have been buying and selling on eBay since 1998 so you can bid with confidence knowing I have been providing great customer service for a number of years. I am always on the lookout for a great deal and a way to add to our inventory. I obtain our items in a variety of ways including but not limited to thrift stores, garage sales, internet sites, classified ads, auctions of all kinds (public, private, estate, storage, eBay). SHIPPING
Free shipping. Item will be mailed 1-2 business days (Sundays do not count as business day) after payment is received and cleared. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii but at an additional cost. International shipping provided through eBay global shipping program only.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
SOFTWARE CAN NOT BE RETURNED IF IT HAS BEEN OPENED. Item or items can be returned no later than 14 days after the item is shipped. Refund will be made in the same method as it was received. Returns are based on buyer contact so please contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is misrepresented or the order is incorrect. We try our hardest to provide quick customer service.
