Condition:  The cloth has scuffing, soiling and darkening, wear to edges with bumped and frayed corners. Inner hinges loose, but not detached. Previous owner's name written on front free end paper. Pencil drawing on title page. The pages are lightly age-toned and have some finger prints, some small notes, a few drops of fountain pen ink. Bump and crease to about 2 dozen page corners, edge tear on 2 leaves. In fair condition. Binding tight and square. All text readable.
