This product was developed by Shapton for correcting the distortion and unevenness of ceramic grinding wheels.

It has a sharp finish that cannot be obtained with rough stones or blocks.

Geometrical grooves designed by incorporating physical elements enhance the synergistic effect between the powder and the board for quick and accurate finishing.

It can also be used for grinding wheels other than ceramic grinding wheels.

The body comes with 1 coarse and 1 medium correction powder.

Fine powder is also sold separately.

How to use

・Please put the corrector in a stable place.

・Please pour water so that it permeates the whole board. If the water is floating, the powder will flow down.

Sprinkle the powder on 3 ~ 4 spots on the board and lightly rub it in a circular motion with a whetstone to spread the powder evenly on the board.

・Place the uneven abrasive surface on the board and slide it back and forth or diagonally to the left and right. In that case, please use the whole board. And at the end, please make sure to slide diagonally from left to right.

・After correcting the rough texture with the powder, wash with water once and then finish with the medium powder.

・If there is slight unevenness, it can be corrected only with the middle of the powder.

・When you finish correcting the abrasive surface, wash the board with water and drain the water. It is safe to use even if it gets rusty during storage.
