DESCRIPTION
The Hastings is a stylish and practical
wooden guest bed carefully designed to provide high levels of both
functionality and style for your home.
It can be used as two separate beds or pushed together and used
as one large bed. The under bed can easily be stored away under the
existing bed to help maximize space and simple to pull out when
required.
The guest bed features high straight-lined headboard, with a thick
linear top rail and a modern vertically-slatted design. This statement
headboard is complemented by a simply designed bed frame and a low foot
end, and this guest bed will add a spacious and modern feel to any
bedroom setting.
The Hastings is manufactured from a durable and sturdy
timber, which is built to withstand many years of hard use. This wooden construction is presented in a choice of three
hard-wearing and stylish finishes; oak,
white, or white and oak finish.
This wooden bed frame also includes a
slatted base which ensures optimum support and a prolonged mattress life due to an increased air flow beneath.

If you have received your order, but have decided that it’s not quite
what you were looking for, you can return the goods and receive a
refund under the Distance Selling Regulations.
You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods if
you wish to return your order. Simply let us know in writing by emailing
us atwith your order details and reason for returning.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect
condition.
1. Any goods which have been assembled cannot be returned. 2. Any
goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost using a
courier of your choice. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for
you at a cost from £45 per item which will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to use your own courier, we will not be responsible for any
damage or loss incurred.
Due to the nature of mattresses and their intimate nature, we do not accept mattresses back if the packaging has been removed.
We are not able to offer a refund or exchange for made-to-measure
items such as divan bases and headboards in specific colours or fabrics
unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the incorrect item in error and wish to exchange your order, a charge of up to £45 will be incurred to cover the cost of the exchange.
Damages/Faults
We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged to the best
standards possible, however in very rare instances items can get damaged
in transit. Therefore, upon delivery please check each item thoroughly
and refuse any damaged goods. It is important that you only sign for the
delivery once you have thoroughly inspected the order.
If an item is damaged it must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the
goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a
later time. Photographic evidence will be required in order to replace
damaged parts. If you notice any damage after the order has been delivered, again you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement parts are sent out free of charge once we have images of the damage and the part numbers required.
We understand how important delivery is to our customers, therefore we aim to provide the best service possible.
We deliver for FREE to most parts of the UK. We only
charge for delivery to the most Northern parts of the UK, some areas of
Wales and the Southern areas of England. Please see below for the list
of chargeable postcodes.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a message to
confirm. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will
contact you by phone or email with an earliest estimated delivery date.
To ensure the delivery team can contact you please add a mobile and
landline number to your order.
We use a variety of couriers to deliver our furniture depending on
the size of the item. The standard delivery is a one-man delivery to
the ground floor only. It is not the driver’s responsibility to take the
delivery into your home, it is therefore advisable to make sure that
there is adequate help to unload the delivery into your home. For larger
items, your order will be delivered by a two-man courier to any room of
your choice.
All orders will be delivered within 1 to 14 working days. We will
deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm. Saturday delivery is also
available at an extra cost. We will send you an email informing you of
the delivery method (one-man or two-man) and a tracking number if applicable. In some cases,
due to circumstances beyond our control delivery can take longer than we
state. Delivery times are our best estimate and do not form part of a
contract.
Please ensure there is someone at home to receive the delivery. Once
the delivery has been booked in with you and you miss the agreed
delivery date, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £35 towards
cost of the failed delivery. If for some reason you are unable to accept
the delivery on the agreed date, you must inform us in advance so we
can make alternative arrangements.

Our delivery team only offer kerbside delivery for sofas and garden
furniture therefore you will need to make your own arrangements for the
items to be taken into your home.

deliver to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight,
Isle of Man, Orkney Islands, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands. We do not also deliver to the following postcodes: IV, KW, PA and PH.
