Antique cast iron Rose Du Barry Pink porcelain pedestal sink. It is marked Standard Sanitary and is dated 1929. The porcelain shows mostly normal light wear, has minor scratches & scuffs and a few pockmarks, but there is a chip on the bottom front left side of the apron edge and another on the right front corner of the pedestal foot. The porcelain still has its high glossy sheen even in the basin where it is usually worn away. It still has its mounting bolt to secure the top to the pedestal. Overall good salvaged condition. Please take into consideration these old sinks are very hard to photograph, many of the minor defects and imperfections will not show up in the pictures but they can be seen in person. At the start of this listing we have a color matching alcove bathtub of the same color from the same year. You can find it in our eBay store by searching for item 429-21E. This is a very hard color to find, even harder to find matching pieces in the same place.
