A 8”x6” British Army photo dating from 1979 being a photo destined for press releases (although I have no idea whether it was ever published).
It is a good quality photograph. If it appears slightly overexposed on the right hand side, this is simply a reflection of the lamp I was using to illuminate it.
I pass no judgement on the intentions of the government department which commissioned this photo at the end of the first decade of The Troubles. It was an unpleasant time for those involved but I consider this photo is now passing into history and is now a historical document.
I have a number of similar photographs and will, of course, combine postage (the photo will be sent in a box, not an envelope, hence the higher shipping rate).
