Comes researched with scans of the award card from the Russian archives. Awarded to Captain Kolnitsky Vasily Feodorovich on 19.02.1945 

Award # 22504. Silver. Enamels show insignificant scratches, excellent otherwise with smooth medium patina. Screwback nut is not original, however, fits perfectly.
