Here is a very attractive and very unusual antique Victoria Carlsbad Austria porcelain 2-piece covered match holder/striker with lady portrait. It measures about 5 3/8" diameter at the base and about 4" tall to top of finial. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The top is slightly out of round, just the way it was made. There is some rubbing to red color on base from contact with lid. There is some rubbing to gold trim.  There are some specks of stray color on underside of base . There are a few stray streaks of gold on underside as well as a minor glaze separation, done in the making.  Looks great overall.  Please see photos.
