We ship UST shafts via UPS from Louisville KY. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 1-4 business days for domestic only. 

International shipping is through the eBay international shipping station.  We ship to the eBay shipping hub and they ship to the international destination.

 

Orders received by 3:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST ship the next business day.

30 Day Money Back Policy: All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Golf shafts that have been cut, tip prepped or altered in any way are not returnable. Returns are processed in 1 business day upon return delivery date.
