From an upscale estate sale. Beautiful early 19th century antique Chinese export, porcelain, hand painted, Imari charger with Dragon medallions and flowers. Scalloped border. The charger has colors of rust red, cobalt, and green. There is also gold accents. It is signed. The backside is painted with cobalt and rust red Prunus, and cobalt rings around the foot rim. There are two very tiny flea bites to the underside rim. Both are shown in the last enlarged photos. Other than the aforementioned, there are no other nicks or chips. No cracks. No scratches or gouges. No stains or discoloration. No glued repairs. There is gold loss to the charger rim. The charger measures approximately 12" in diameter. This plate will require what the post office deems an oversized box. This and weight makes shipping expensive. Returns are accepted only if I have not accurately described the item.
