Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge (see below):

Our couriers include Royal Mail, DPD, UPS & Parcel Force. All items are delivered between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email & text containing a tracking number which allows you to track your order from our warehouse to your front door.

When can I return an item?

We are confident that you will love what you buy on our eBay store! However, if you change your mind, yes, we do accept returns.

All business sellers give you at least 14 business days to let them know if you'd like to return your item. But, here at Discount Bath Store UK, we go above and beyond this by giving you 30 days!

You can contact us first about returning your item, this way we can offer replacements, alternative items or other ways to keep you happy with your purchase, or you can open a Returns Case within eBay if you really want to.

Who pays for the return postage?

When the buyer is responsible for return postage charges, you can choose to arrange your own return or you can purchase a fully insured returns label from us.

When the seller is responsible for the return postage charges, we will provide a fully insured returns label and issue your refund once the item has been returned in it’s original packaging, in perfect condition with all parts included ??

To contact us about a return:

Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay and choose ‘Contact Seller’

Send us a message to let us know why you’d like to return the item, or if you’d prefer a replacement/alternative item.

We will respond to your message and have a resolution for you, on the same day you sent it! Now that’s speedy service

To open a returns case:

Find your order in your Purchase History in My eBay and choose ‘I want to return this item’

Choose the reason why you’d like to return your product ie. Doesn’t Fit, Changed Mind etc..

eBay may automatically accept your return request.

You will then have 8 days to return your item to us.

Your refund will be issued once the item has been delivered to us and checked for damage/missing parts.

A little note! If we do not respond to your return request, you can ask eBay to step in and help 8 days after you request a return. However, we will always ensure you receive a response within 24 hours, of course

Your rights

Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to sales between a business seller and a consumer buyer where there’s no face-to-face contact. The regulations apply to Buy it now and Second chance offers on eBay.co.uk, including auction-style listings. Under these regulations, you have 14 working days from when you receive your item to request a return and get your money back. This includes postage charges unless the seller lets you know in their listing that you’re responsible for returns postage.

If you’ve abused returns process on eBay, they will not be happy about this. eBay may take action on your account, which can even lead to suspension.
