GoPro – It can be used for attaching your GoPro, but you will need the GoPro to ¼” thread attachment which is usually supplied with your GoPro.

Mobile Phone Compatible – It can be used for attaching your mobile phone. But you will need a separate phone holder which adds a ¼” female thread attachment.
