The asset lot for sale in this listing is an impressive collection of wardrobe made for the character Lina Mayfleet (Saoirse Ronan) in the 2008 film, City of Ember. Pieces include: pair of Lina classroom boots made for the production, three pairs of tights: brown, green (marked Lina 6) and gray (marked Lina 9). Two tank tops: cream, and blue (marked Lina 2 also has paper wardrobe tag that reads "Lina 2 Day 12-14 Costume"), and a pair of Lina cutoff socks that went above her boots and over her tights (marked 2). Also included in this lot only is a set of the original and a copy of the costume continuity notes from the production that correlate to her "Lina 2" outfit. Includes some behind the scenes info and photos! Also included is a dust bag presumably used to dirty Lina and her costuming during filming (Ember was a dirty place! lol) Fun little bonus item :)

Many of the costumes pieces had little labeled fabric stickers placed inside the piece, however, over time the glue dried out and the stickers fell off during handling. We have attempted to preserve as many of these stickers as we could however many were gone before we received the pieces. It can be noted on many of the pieces where the sticker once was. We have learned from handling a lot of this wardrobe that these wardrobe pieces with the sticker residue and impression left behind where a sticker once was indicated it was a piece made for a key actor. There is just no way of knowing anymore which numbered article of clothing it was but with screen shots from the movie determine which character wore what. This particular grouping of pieces is the second best collection of Lina pieces that remains. She was the most popular character and much of her wardrobe sold many many years ago. Finding anything anymore for Lina is pretty impossible outside of what we have salvaged from our movie assets aquisition. This is the most pieces of wardrobe for Lina you will ever see together left on the open market besides our best costuming for Lina listing that is also up for sale presently. When what we are selling is gone that is it for Lina!

Acquired in a movie memorabilia assets buyout from one of the employees who works for Profiles in History who purchased them directly from the company. Prior to PIH's ownership of the assets, they were stored and managed by a company called Hollywood Parts. Both of these companies are very well-known and reputable in the business. I work for a performing theatre organization who acquired these assets and I am helping them sell some of the acquired assets to help raise funds for the ongoing work of the theatre within the local community.

This costuming comes with a beautifully designed and embossed Certificate of Authenticity from the movie memorabilia assets management department of the Logos Theatre. An additional letter of authenticity can be included detailing how the theatre acquired a majority of their assets, which included this costuming. Please request if desired. Not included otherwise. (black stand seen displaying the COA not included).

If you have any questions about these items specifically feel free to inquire.
Please do not inquire about what else we have from other movies. We are a very busy theatrical operation and don't have time to process a lot of inquiries. We list items as we have time and need for funds. Feel free to bookmark our account and follow. Thank you!

CONDITION

All our items have been well used in various movies therefore their condition is “used.” ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Many of our items have been fought with and intentionally distressed and dirtied to achieve the desired look or purpose during the filming of the movie. Some have broken bits or cracks or pealing paint due to both intentional and unintentional filming actions. Costumes will often have sweat stains, dirty spots, and fabric wear due to performing often long hours in the costume. Many of our items have also survived years of being transported all over the world and being stored in less than ideal conditions and thus have also sustained condition issues from all this. Movie used props and costumes are not supposed to look clean and pristine. If you are looking for that, buy a replica. If you want the real deal, battle used and actor action worn and that show the signs of it, then you have come to the right place!
