Condition is very good. This the Authentic Vintage look Minnie Statue of Liberty. See photos for a very small tear on the crown and vinyl crack which is very common on these.  

The torch used to light up but Disney made the batteries Not Replaceable and no way to easily change them. 

If you're handy maybe they can be replaced.
