Antique pair of arched top wood house shutters with louvers. The louvers are stationary and are not adjustable. There in a chipped Burgandy painted finish on both sides with a lite gray underneath. Each shutter is a half arch, they become arched when placed together. They show wear consistent with age and use, they are weathered, minor scuffs and scratches. The shutter tops are wrapped in a metal flashing. One shutter does have an older repair below the hinge area. These would look great as actual shutters, or saloon style doors, room dividers, dressing screens. The shutters do only have the metal bottom inside catch, there is no other hardware included.
