TECHNICAL - ECONOMIC INDICATORS:
1. Total area - 186.00 m2;
2. Building area - 135.00 m2;
3. Building volume - 530.00 m3.

Constructive solutions and project characteristics:
1. The project is designed for construction in an area with the following natural and climatic conditions:
     - outdoor temperature - minus 40
     - high-speed wind pressure - 38 kg / m2
     - weight of snow cover - 150kg / m2
2. The elevation of the floor of the 1st floor is taken as a relative elevation of 0.000.
3. Degree of fire resistance -III.
4. Class of responsibility - II.
5. Foundations - monolithic tape.
6. External walls - monolithic with the use of elements of permanent polystyrene foam formwork.
7. Internal walls - masonry bricks.
8. Slabs - monolithic, reinforced concrete.
9. Roof - pitched with an external organized drainage system.
10. Roof covering - flexible shingles on wooden lathing.
11. The formwork is manufactured at the factory. The formwork consists of two layers of expanded polystyrene, connected by fasteners so that they form a 150 mm thick element (for concrete), an outer and an inner layer of 75 mm each. Element size in height is 250 mm, length - up to 1500 mm. The elements have special connecting protrusions on all sides (they are arranged when they are formed), which ensure the joining of the elements and prevent their displacement when placing concrete. Elements are easily cut with a hacksaw.
12. Two layers of non-removable polystyrene foam formwork 150 mm thick are used as insulation for the outer walls.
13. When laying walls and partitions in the slopes of door and window openings, lay antiseptic wooden plugs 120x120x65 with a step of 600 mm in height. Antiseptic wood elements in contact with bricks and lay a layer of roofing felts at the points of contact.
14. Entrance doors, doors in bathrooms should be equipped with self-closing devices and sealed in the vestibules.
15. Concrete blind area with a thickness of 30 mm by 100 mm with a layer of preparation from a gravel-sand mixture, 1.0 m wide with a slope from the building of at least 0.03.
16. Exterior finish:
      - walls - plaster painted with weather-resistant facade paint;
      - doors, windows - wooden, with antiseptic and flame retardant treatment;
      - plinth, steps - facing with ceramic granite tiles;
      - roof - flexible shingles.
17. When performing work in winter, use a solution with anti-frost chemical additives that do not cause corrosion of masonry materials (sodium nitrite, potash, mixed additives), hardening in the cold without heating.
18. The list of types of work for which it is necessary to draw up certificates of inspection of hidden work:
      - installation of floors on the ground;
      - installation of floors with waterproofing;
      - masonry reinforcement.
