This is for a True Vintage Black Rotary Desk Phone, by The North Electric MFG Co, Calion Ohio! (Plug is NOT a modern connection)

Condition:

The cords appear to be in very good condition, but have different connections that will NOT plug in to any standard outlet, therefore this phone has not been tested due to the unique corded connections, but appears to be solid. Large area of chipping at the earpiece with overall scratching, markings, and some soiling in areas throughout. The rotary dial works well without any sticking. 

This might be able to be converted if you have the technical knowledge, or used for decor.
