Items are looked over thoroughly to ensure there are no holes, stains, or missing buttons, and I make sure the zippers work properly. Any flaws will be noted and photographed.

All items come from a smoke-free home. I do have animals, and I do work separately from them. All items are steamed and pressed and placed in sealed plastic bags until shipped out.
