Description

• This good quality ankle/ wrist weights set is made of neoprene fabric. Unlike those made with nylon fabric, our product is gentler on your skin.

• Filled with high-density iron ball fillings, our product is less bulky than those filled with iron sand or beach sand. In addition, iron ball fillings do not have leakage issue.

• Wrist weights fit wrist with circumference between 16cm and 21.5cm. Available in 1kg pair or 2kg pair.

• Ankle weights fit ankle circumference between 20cm and 29.5cm. Available in 1kg pair, 2kg pair, 3kg pair or 4kg pair.

• We have size specifically designed for wrists so you do not need to use the unfit ankle weights on your wrists. Our wrist weights provide more accurate fit and greater comfort, especially for people with small wrists. These wrist weights are also suitable for teenagers to use on their ankles, please check your wrist/ankle circumference to see which product is more suitable. 

• Each product is clearly labelled with its weight.
