ATD 10511 7" Shop Polisher with Soft Start buffer grinder adjustable speed. This is a good buffer. It might be new but i am not positive. It looks like it was purchaced and never used. It has adjustable speeds and when you pull the trigger it slowly comes up to speed. Comes with what you see here.
