DISPATCH TIMES may vary. Ebay only allows a maximum of 3 days to dispatch but unfortunately due to the nature of 3D printing that sometimes cannot be met. All orders are placed in a que based on when they were ordered so sometimes this means during busy periods items may take longer to send out than usual. Large or custom orders may take longer too. I aim to dispatch all items no more than 7 days after purchase and in the unlikely event that it takes longer I will inform you. 

SCALE All models are scaled to their creator default unless stated otherwise. If you want them at a different scale please message before purchasing as this can sometimes affect price. It is the customers responsibility to know the scale of the models they order and returns or refunds will not be given for errors in scale. 

BASES All of my models DO NOT come with bases unless stated otherwise. To keep costs down and as most customers rarely use the resin ones provided or as they aren't usually game legal size I don't include them. Pictures of models on bases used in listings are for reference only.

PRINTERS All my miniatures are printed on an Elegoo mars 2 pro and Elegoo Saturn 3D printers using high grade resin. the models arrive with supports removed and fully UV cured, ready for painting without the need for further washing. 

PACKAGING Orders are packed carefully with bubble wrap and packing pellets to ensure safe transit. All orders are shipped as standard with tracked postage with proof of postage obtained.

COMBINED POSTAGE. Please contact me before payment to request a combined postage invoice for multiple purchases.

CUSTOM ORDERS can usually be accommodated on request. Please drop me a message if you would like something scaled differently, or specific models from a set etc. I will make a custom listing for you detailing the specifics of your request.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED ORDERS. As this is a print to order service orders I do not accept returns. If you cancel an order BEFORE printing begins (usually at least a day after ordering so plenty of time) then I will happily refund you. Please contact me if you wish to cancel an order you've made. In the unlikely event you receive a misprint that I've missed during quality inspection process then i'll happily replace that specific model or part on receipt of photographic proof of the misprint/damage.

RESIN Due to the nature of resin being brittle, unfortunately some damage can occur in transit. Sadly, sometimes postal services aren't as careful as they should be during shipping. Please first consider if the miniature can be repaired with a touch of super glue as you would assemble any other miniature before contacting me. If the model is beyond repair or the parts are too thin to glue then I will be happy to replace the damaged parts at no cost to yourself. This is discretionary and will require photographic evidence of the damage before a decision is made. Some degree of modelling skill is required to assemble resin miniatures and would not recommend to children under the age of 14.
