1.    We try to give the most accurate description as best as possible on all items we sale. Please look at all pictures and bid with confidence. We are more than glad to answer any questions that you might have. Item comes from a smoke free home. 

2.    Positive feedback will be left once we have received feedback. Please leave positive feedback once your item has arrived and you are pleased with your purchase. If there is a problem of any kind let us know and we will strive to make things right.

3.    If you are bidding on more than 1 item, please let us know when all auctions you are bidding on end.  Once all auctions have ended request an invoice and we will combine shipping on all your new treasures.

4. When purchasing more than 1 item from our store place all items in your cart and then click on request invoice. We will send an invoice with combine shipping.

5. We gladly accept returns; however, items must be returned in the stated condition as listed in the auction and must be returned in the original shipping box /bubble envelope it was received in along with all packing material to include bubble wrap, packing peanuts etc. If item came wrapped in cardboard, it must be returned in the original cardboard it was received it. Items returned damage will not receive a refunded.
