A delightful padded, collage picture of a Japanese girl with a wooden flute.
Known as an Oshi-e or Kurumi-e ( which
literally means pressed picture), it is a traditional form of Japanese handicraft since the Edo period. Like a jigsaw puzzle, the picture is made up of many pieces and is a complex two-dimensional art made by layering papers (or fabric) wrapped over batting or sponge-covered cardboard.
It is in lovely condition.
It is professionally framed & glazed.
The framer's label is on the reverse.
There is a signature & seal mark within the picture. The background has deliberate silver 'paint splashes'.
In it's frame, it measures just over 11 inches (28cm) x 12 3/8 inches (31.5cm)

I have tried to be accurate with the colours but they may look different on your monitor.
