If an error was made and you receive the wrong products due to our oversight, we will gladly replace the order with the items requested. Seller will also pay for the return shipping when it is determined to be our error. If an order was placed/ordered wrong, we are happy to assist in making your order correct. Buyer should notify seller with a request to replace the order. Seller will provide an RMA number and the buyer will ship the order back to the seller, at the buyers expense. Once the seller receives the order to be replaced, the corrected order will be sent to the customer. If the buyer needs the order sooner, it is recommended that the buyer place an order for the items needed. That order will be shipped out to the customer that day. The customer should then return the order they wish to return for a refund to the seller. Seller will not accept returns or replacements on opened or used products. Any ink with a broken seal or cartridge that is unwrapped is considered to be non-returnable.
