Vintage hand carved and hand painted NWC totem. 7.5” in fine condition. Signed Ray Williams on reverse in pencil. There’s another name Blair Garner sloppily carved into the reverse. If I had to guess it was the owners name, possibly a child that carved his name into his possession. Purchased from an estate with a large older Native American art collection.
