All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving Payment

All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact details, eBay user name and receipt must be sent with all returned items, failure to do so will result in delayed refunds.

If an incorrect (incorrect fitment) item has been purchased that is within our listing application guide and is deemed Auto Parts Guys error (at our discretion) taking into account that the customer is 100% sure it is the correct part they are purchasing. Customers need to understand that often certain vehicles may have two different parts for the same application. To insure you are receiving the correct part for your vehicle you will need to send us the part numbers from the original part fitted to your vehicle. If deemed as a direct fault from Auto Parts Guys then Auto Parts Guys will cover return shipping costs.

If an item is purchased incorrectly, deemed buyer's error or the buyer simply changes their mind, all shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We offer secure and fast shipping to anywhere in Australia and select International countries.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. This excludes weekends & public holidays and any other period specified by Auto Parts Guys in our product descriptions.
Where possible items will be combined into one order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye on it for any updates as your order makes its way to you.

Returns are not accepted for any item that has been installed, damaged, disassembled or modified in any way.
Returns that are approved must be in their original packaging, unopened and considered to be in a re-saleable condition.
Items purchased by mistake, 'change of mind' purchases, and those qualifying for an exchange - the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
In certain situations, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Any item that has been damaged, disassembled or modified in any way will be deemed to have voided any warranties applicable to that product.
